Besque is a premium body care and wellness brand, manufactured in the UK and sold globally across various online channels. We are looking for an exceptional and highly experienced performance marketer to own it.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You will be hands-on with the accounts, responsible for the strategy and the execution across our full paid media mix, Meta, TikTok, Google, and affiliates.
The Role
As Head of Acquisition, you will own Besque's global paid customer acquisition, from channel strategy and budget allocation through to daily account management, creative testing, and performance reporting. You will work closely with our creative and brand teams to build a feedback loop between what runs and what gets made, and with our data team to ensure attribution, measurement, and incrementality are handled properly.
We run significant media spend. This role will have real budget, real autonomy, and direct access to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own global paid acquisition strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, and affiliate channels
- Manage and optimise paid accounts on a daily basis, campaigns, audiences, bidding, budgets, and creative rotation
- Drive a rigorous creative testing programme in close collaboration with the creative strategy and content teams
- Own the acquisition P&L. CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, payback period, and channel-level efficiency
- Build and manage affiliate and partnership programmes to diversify acquisition beyond owned paid channels
- Work with the data and analytics team to ensure accurate attribution, CAPI integration, and measurement infrastructure
- Identify new channel opportunities and lead the testing and scaling of emerging platforms
- Report acquisition performance to leadership with clarity and commercial context
Requirements
- Proven track record managing significant paid media budgets across Meta and TikTok at a DTC brand, beauty, wellness, or consumer goods strongly preferred
- Deep platform knowledge across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads, you know the mechanics, the algorithm behaviour, and where the leverage is
- Strong understanding of creative's role in paid performance, you know what makes an ad work and can brief and iterate accordingly
- Experience building and scaling affiliate programmes
- Solid grasp of measurement, attribution, and data infrastructure. CAPI, pixel, MMM, incrementality testing
- Comfortable owning a P&L and making budget allocation decisions with commercial rigour
- Analytically strong, you live in the numbers and can turn data into clear decisions
