We are looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Manager with 5–6 years of experience in product marketing within a technology company, ideally with fintech exposure and experience in disruptive, challenger-bank environments.
This role is ideal for a commercially sharp, customer-obsessed marketer who can translate complex products into clear, compelling narratives that drive growth, adoption and market differentiation. You will work closely with Product, Growth, Commercial and Leadership teams to define positioning, sharpen messaging and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Our flagship solution, Conductor™, is the industry’s first intelligence layer for the semiconductor supply chain, developed in partnership with SEMI and the SCM Industry Advisory Council, and launched at events across Asia, Europe and North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and refine product positioning, messaging and value propositions for the products across target segments.
- Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategy for product launches and feature releases, ensuring cross-functional alignment across product, sales and growth teams.
- Translate complex and technical capabilities into clear, customer-centric narratives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insight gathering to inform product strategy and differentiation.
- Develop high-quality marketing collateral including website copy, sales enablement materials, pitch decks FAQs and product explainers.
- Partner closely with Product teams to influence roadmap decisions based on market feedback and commercial priorities.
- Support sales enablement through training materials, objection-handling guides and positioning frameworks.
- Drive product adoption strategies including lifecycle campaigns, onboarding optimisation and feature activation initiatives.
- Monitor product performance metrics and iterate messaging and GTM strategies based on data insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in Product Marketing within a technology company.
- Experience in fintech is essential; experience in challenger banks (e.g., Monzo or similar disruptor environments) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling technology products.
- Exceptional storytelling, messaging and content development skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Highly proactive, self-directed and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
