🚀 Marketing Specialist – Social Media, Funnels & Ads | Grow With Us

Part-Time | Remote | $400/week for 20 hours

We’re Be My Life Coach, a small but passionate life coaching startup on a mission to make on-demand coaching as easy and accessible as a phone call. We’re looking for a go-getter Marketing Specialist who can help us grow — and grow with us.

This role is perfect for someone who’s creative, data-driven, and excited about wearing multiple hats in a fast-growing business. You’ll work closely with the founders to identify pain points, understand our customers, and recognize the strategies that will make the biggest impact. What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
• Create engaging content and graphics in Canva that align with our brand
• Write compelling blog posts and ad copy that convert
• Build and optimize email flows in Klaviyo
• Plan and run Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns — including targeting and retargeting
• Develop and manage marketing funnels
• Optimize our site and content for SEO
• Manage and update our WordPress site and landing pages
• Develop creative marketing promotions and campaign ideas on a monthly basis
• Track results and make data-driven recommendations
• Use Asana (or similar tools) to manage tasks, timelines, and provide deliverables on schedule
• Join weekly check-in meetings with clear reporting on results, metrics, and progress
• Collaborate directly with the founders to uncover challenges, pinpoint opportunities, and implement high-impact strategies

• Experience in the coaching, mental wellness, or personal growth space
• Proven ability to increase brand visibility and conversion rates
• Comfort with multi-channel campaigns and growth hacking

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of marketing experience with a proven track record
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently without constant direction
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Someone who cares deeply about the mission and sees this as more than “just a gig”
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines with clear deliverables
• Comes with strong references and examples of past marketing work (social posts, ad campaigns, email sequences, blog articles, etc.)

💡 Compensation: $400/week for 20 hours/week to start. Bonuses and growth opportunities for the right person.
