We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager with experience developing integrated marketing strategies, leading cross-functional initiatives, and partnering with executive stakeholders. This role is ideal for a marketing leader who can think strategically, use data to drive decisions, and deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Partner with physicians, executives, and cross-functional teams to identify marketing opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight analysis.
• Manage complex marketing projects and campaign timelines.
• Measure campaign performance using KPIs, ROI, and marketing analytics.
• Manage marketing budgets and vendor/agency relationships.
• Present marketing strategies and campaign results to senior leadership.
• Coach and mentor marketing team members while promoting marketing best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Proven experience developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and budgets.
• Comprehensive digital marketing knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or health system marketing experience.
• Experience with growth marketing, demand generation, customer engagement, or retention strategies.
• Experience using marketing analytics and customer insights to drive business decisions.
• Experience mentoring or coaching marketing professionals.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in health systems, hospitals, academic medical centers, healthcare providers, healthcare technology, health insurance, or large enterprise organizations are strongly encouraged to apply.
