The Advertising Operations Specialist will support businesses by addressing challenges they encounter when using advanced advertising product features. This role involves identifying issues, offering effective solutions, following up with stakeholders, and suggesting improvements to prevent future problems. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is customer-focused, and can effectively bridge technical offerings with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clearly explain product features, business challenges, and technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead meetings and collaborative sessions to gather requirements and client feedback.
  • Build and maintain trust with external clients by resolving product adoption issues.
  • Create well-structured reports and presentations that communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Evaluate the impact of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Basic understanding of advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Accuracy in documenting business information and interactions.
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication
  2. Accurate documentation abilities
  3. Solid problem-solving mindset (no need for deep technical skills, but should understand the core issue and guide it to resolution)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  1. Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  2. Previous experience in a B2B customer service or tech company environment
