We're growing and we're looking for an experienced Senior Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales Manager to help drive the next stage of that growth.
This is not an entry-level sales role.
And it's not a role for someone looking to move into events for the first time.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in conference sponsorship, exhibition or event partnership sales who is ready to take the next step in their career and make a real impact from day one.
What This Actually Is
You'll work directly with our Commercial Director, taking ownership of both inbound opportunities and proactive business development.
We have an established brand and a strong marketing engine that generates a healthy flow of inbound sponsorship enquiries throughout the year.
But we also expect you to build and manage your own pipeline, proactively open conversations, develop relationships and create opportunities with companies we want involved.
The right person will enjoy the balance between converting warm opportunities and creating new commercial relationships from scratch.
You'll be speaking with senior sales, marketing, partnerships and business leaders from technology providers serving the banking sector.
This role combines consultative selling, relationship building and commercial ownership.

- Identify and engage target accounts across banking technology
- Run discovery calls and develop tailored sponsorship solutions

You're proactive, commercially minded and organised.
Most importantly, you understand that successful event sales is built on trust, relationships and consistent follow-up.

- Applicants without conference, exhibition or event sponsorship sales experience
