Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet business objectives, foster client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The role involves creating and executing strategic sales plans, leading and motivating the sales team, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with marketing teams to ensure alignment with company goals. The Sales Director will also be responsible for tracking sales performance metrics and optimizing results through effective leadership and innovative approaches.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategy development, sales forecasting, and business planning
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage sales teams to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive strategy, and client engagement techniques
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work remotely and manage digital tools effectively
  • Prior experience in a digital services or marketing agency is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
