Now, we’re looking to add a Part-Time Marketing Assistant who can manage and scale the systems behind our creative engine.
About the Role
This is a remote, part-time position (20 hours/week) with the potential to grow into a full-time leadership role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in creative environments, enjoys working with creators and influencers, and has a strong grasp of marketing systems, strategy, and execution.
You will serve as the operational backbone of our creative team—connecting video editors, graphic designers, influencers, and vendors—so we stay ahead of schedule and launch every campaign with excellence. You’ll work closely with our founder to bring new ideas to life, from concept to launch.
This is a great opportunity for a creative-minded project manager with an eye for detail, a feel for marketing, and a natural ability to lead and coordinate across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
💻 Team & Project Management
- Oversee and assign tasks to our internal video editing team using ClickUp
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet creative quality standards
- Schedule tasks and timelines that align with product launches and seasonal sales
- Track content pipelines and keep ClickUp boards organized and optimized
📈 Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Join calls with influencers and brand ambassadors to help plan creative strategy and content direction
- Help build marketing storyboards, ad scripts, and concept briefs
- Create clear instructions for editors and guide the editing process to meet platform requirements and performance benchmarks
- Help us stay ahead of holidays and peak events with thoughtful content and marketing preparation
🎨 Creative Coordination
- Review graphic design assets (ads, social visuals, email banners, etc.)
- Coordinate ad schedules and posting timelines with product drops and promotions
- Liaise between the graphic designer and marketing calendar to ensure the right visuals go live at the right time
🎥 Influencer & Vendor Collaboration
- Work directly with influencers and UGC creators via Insense (manage budgets, briefs, approvals)
- Attend and lead video calls with photographers, content creators, and external vendors on behalf of the brand
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, creative operations, or project management
- Strong understanding of paid media, digital marketing, and influencer strategy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to lead creative teams, manage feedback, and organize high-volume campaigns
- Comfortable on Zoom/video calls and in client- or vendor-facing settings
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management habits
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to problem-solve independently
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience using ClickUp, Canva, Google Workspace, Shopify and Atria
- Familiarity with Insense, Meta Ads, or content scripting tools
- eCommerce or DTC brand experience
- A creative eye and ability to give design direction or feedback
