We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer/Integration Engineer on a contract basis to support our client, the eSafety Commissioner, in their ambitious digital transformation. 📌 Role Overview:

As a Dynamics 365 Developer/Integration Engineer, you'll leverage your deep expertise to architect, build, and manage comprehensive Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, alongside robust integrations utilizing Microsoft’s Power Platform and Azure. This pivotal role directly contributes to enhancing the capability of the eSafety Commissioner’s digital case management and CRM systems.

🔍 Detailed Key Responsibilities:

🛠️ Dynamics 365 Development:

• Customise, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions, harnessing the full capabilities of the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Implement industry-leading best practices in low-code/no-code development, ensuring maintainability and scalability.

🌐 Integration and API Development:

• Develop and maintain robust integrations between Dynamics 365 and Azure cloud services, SharePoint platforms, SmartIQ webforms, and external regulatory systems.
• Build API-driven connections ensuring data integrity, reliability, and seamless user experiences.

🔐 Security and Compliance:

• Implement and oversee IRAP compliance measures, maintaining stringent adherence to Australian Government cybersecurity standards.
• Ensure solutions integrate fully and securely with Azure Active Directory, aligning with best practice identity and access management.

🎯 Agile Collaboration:

• Participate actively and constructively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, PI planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives within a SAFe agile environment.
• Provide clear, proactive communication of technical progress and challenges to stakeholders and team members.

📚 Documentation:

• Accurately document solution architectures, integration designs, operational procedures, and technical specifications to facilitate efficient knowledge transfer and operational support.

💼 Professional Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience developing and configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
• Proven experience integrating complex software environments using APIs and middleware solutions.
• Deep familiarity with the full range of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.

☁️ Technical Skills:

• Robust experience in Azure cloud environments, especially in terms of secure data handling, compliance (IRAP), and Azure Active Directory integration.
• Demonstrated understanding of SharePoint architecture and integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively tackle complex technical challenges.

🌀 Agile Methodologies:

• Solid experience working in agile frameworks, specifically the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), providing leadership and input during Agile events.

🗣️ Communication:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adept at collaborative problem-solving and team-driven innovation.

🎓 Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant professional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Cloud, and Microsoft Power Platform highly desirable.
