Influencer Marketing Manager – Graduate / Internship

We are looking for a motivated Junior Influencer Marketing Manager (Graduate / Internship) to support European markets, including Spain and other regions. You will be working closely with 1 person based in Madrid.

This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you will gain practical experience in influencer marketing, campaign coordination, and client engagement.

The candidate will be offered a full-time job at the company if done successfully.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to influencers for campaigns

• Help manage email communications and follow-ups with influencers

• Maintain and update spreadsheets or CRM with influencer data, including collaboration rates, availability, and content guidelines

• Support campaign planning, timelines, and deliverables

• Assist in preparing influencer lists for campaigns based on criteria

• Contribute to campaign reporting and insights to track performance

• Learn to use influencer marketing tools and CRM platforms under team guidance

• Participate in sales calls to take notes and respond to new influencer marketing inquiries (via email)

The role is flexible, available as part-time or full-time, and can be combined with studies.

Candidates can work 20–40 hours per week (approximately 80–160 hours per month).

The salary varies depending on whether the role is full-time or part-time, and whether it is an internship or graduate position.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or 0–2 years of Influencer Marketing or Social Media Marketing

• Very good understanding of social media and influencer marketing concepts

• Strong written communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
