Zed3 Medical Group is a multi-disciplinary mental health business operating in Canberra and via Telehealth around Australia. We provide services in psychology and psychiatry, predominantly focused on trauma-informed care for a variety of clients across the Australian Defence Force as well as in various first responder, veteran, and civilian communities.
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. Driven by the overarching marketing strategy, this role will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence, managing our digital advertising campaigns, and creating compelling visual content that positions Zed3 Medical Group as an industry leader in Australia for mental health services.
The position is part-time (10-16 hours per week) and flexible hours are available either working from our office in Bruce, ACT, or remotely.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising
- Implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, optimise ad spend, and provide regular reporting on ROI and key metrics
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
- Stay current with platform updates and digital advertising best practices
Creative Design & Content Creation
- Design engaging digital advertisements (Meta, Google, display) using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Develop branded visual assets that align with our professional image and industry-leading position
- Create cohesive design systems across all marketing materials
Essential Skills & ExperienceRequired:
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including setup, optimisation, and reporting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create digital ads
- Strong photography skills with an eye for composition and professional presentation
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital content creation
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
Highly Regarded:
- Experience in healthcare, medical, or mental health marketing
- Familiarity with social media analytics, SEO keywords, and insights tools
- Experience building brand presence for professional services
