We're looking for an Optimisation Specialist to join our growing Digital Engagement & Personalisation team and help shape the future of our digital member experience through experimentation, personalisation, SEO and data-driven optimisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine digital analytics, experimentation, SEO and personalisation to drive meaningful outcomes for over a million Australians. Working within a collaborative agile environment, you'll partner with product teams, marketers, designers and developers to improve digital journeys across our website, app and member platforms.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Lead digital experimentation and personalisation initiatives across Aware Super's digital channels, designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target to improve member engagement and conversion outcomes.
- Drive website optimisation and SEO performance by implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword and competitor analysis, monitoring search trends, and embedding best-practice SEO across digital platforms.
- Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to understand customer behaviour, measure campaign and journey performance, validate experiment results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage digital performance reporting and recommendations through Adobe Analytics dashboards, delivering actionable insights and clear performance updates that inform business decisions.
How do you exceed our expectations?
- 3+ years' experience in a digital optimisation, experimentation, analytics or digital marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and digital experimentation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM and conversion rate optimisation.
- Experience analysing digital performance and translating insights into action.
- Knowledge of customer journey optimisation, UX principles and agile delivery practices.
- Experience measuring and reporting on digital marketing effectiveness across multiple channels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or a related discipline.
- A curious and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
