We’re growing quickly and are looking for a Cold Email Inbox Manager / Business Development Representative (BDR) to own a critical part of our delivery – converting engaged prospects into booked meetings.

The Role

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centred around warm and inbound engagement.

You won’t be cold calling lists or prospecting from scratch. Instead, you’ll manage inboxes across multiple client campaigns, respond to interested prospects from email and LinkedIn outreach, and convert conversations into booked meetings.

Your success in this role is measured by one thing: consistent, high-quality meetings booked.

You’ll work closely with our Client Success and GTM team, using modern outbound tools and AI-assisted workflows to move fast without sacrificing quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesMeeting Generation (Primary Focus)

  • Manage and respond to positive and neutral replies from outbound email campaigns
  • Engage prospects across LinkedIn conversations and convert interest into meetings
  • Warm call interested prospects to accelerate bookings where appropriate
  • Qualify prospects and ensure meetings are relevant and well-contextualised
  • Own meeting booking outcomes across your client portfolio

Inbox & Conversation Management

  • Maintain fast, professional, and human responses across all inboxes
  • Handle objections and nurture prospects who aren’t ready yet
  • Keep inboxes, notes, and handovers organised and consistent
  • Leverage AI tools to improve speed and consistency while maintaining quality

Performance & Feedback

  • Monitor response times, booking rates, and overall conversion performance
  • Surface insights on objections, messaging, and prospect sentiment
  • Flag issues with targeting, messaging, or volume to the delivery team
  • Contribute feedback to improve campaign performance over time

What Success Looks Like

  • Managing inboxes across multiple client campaigns simultaneously
  • Consistently booking qualified sales meetings each month
  • Maintaining strong response times and conversation quality
  • Operating independently with clear ownership of outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience in a cold email inbox management, BDR, SDR, or similar sales role
  • Experience with outbound tools (Smartlead, Instantly, etc.)
  • Comfortable speaking to prospects on the phone when needed
  • Strong written communication skills – clear, natural, and confident
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple conversations at once
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of results, not just tasks
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work during Australian business hours (AEST)

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach platforms
  • Agency, SaaS, or high-growth startup experience
  • Experience handling high reply volume or shared inboxes
