We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel Orchestrator to support strategic marketing and customer engagement initiatives for a leading healthcare/pharmaceutical organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, campaign operations, digital strategy, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful omnichannel programs across multiple customer touch points. The ideal candidate will have strong experience driving omnichannel marketing initiatives, digital operations, stakeholder management, and campaign execution within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support omnichannel engagement initiatives across digital, field, and traditional marketing channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business teams to plan, execute, and optimize customer engagement strategies.
- Coordinate omnichannel campaigns involving email, web, webinars, social, media, CRM, and field engagement channels.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in omnichannel marketing, digital operations, campaign management, or related areas.
- Experience working within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare environments.
- Hands-on experience with marketing operations, campaign execution, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including analytics, marketing, compliance, and operations.
