About the Role: Weâre looking for a sharp, relentless DTC Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to take the reins on paid acquisition and scale Meta campaigns with precision. This is a hands-on, tactical role focused on one thing: driving efficient, profitable growth for a high-velocity DTC eCommerce brand.
Youâll work closely with Cori (our Head of Growth) and a fractional Head of Growth to test creative, optimize funnels, and scale spend across Meta, Google, and other paid channels. Youâll manage eight-figure budgets, run structured experiments, and turn insights into scalable results â all while keeping CAC tight and ROAS healthy.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes DTC performance. Youâve been in the trenches managing high-spend Shopify accounts, understand the nuances of creative fatigue and attribution, and see media buying as a craft. You want to grow beyond campaign execution â learning full-funnel growth strategy directly from elite operators while owning day-to-day results and becoming a key driver of Autobrushâs next stage of scale.
You are:
- A paid media operator who has scaled Meta to $20K+/day while keeping ROAS and efficiency in check
- A creative executor who can write tight briefs, spot winning hooks fast, and keep the testing pipeline moving
- A funnel-minded thinker who understands how landing pages and offers impact performance
- A CAC optimizer who goes beyond ROAS â you track contribution margin and LTV to guide decisions
- A self-starter who moves fast, QAâs everything, and catches issues before they cost money
- A team collaborator who works well with designers, CRO, freelancers, and the broader growth team
- An AI-powered operator who uses ChatGPT, Motion, Shopify Sidekick, or similar tools to ideate, analyze, and maintain velocity
- Someone who wants to master performance marketing for DTC, focusing on buying media, testing creative, and scaling what works
- Ambitious to grow beyond media buying â building toward a broader role in growth and strategy over time
Youâll be responsible for:
- Scaling Meta campaigns (bonus if youâve touched YouTube/Google) profitably â with clear CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets
- Building and launching creative tests at high velocity â new hooks, angles, formats, and iterations weekly
- Writing strong briefs for UGC creators, editors, and designers that translate data into actionable creative direction
- Using AI tools like Motion, ChatGPT, and Shopify Sidekick to speed up analysis, ideation, and reporting
- Monitoring performance daily and making quick, informed calls on spend allocation, audience refinement, and creative rotation
- Building funnels and partnering with CRO and creative teams to turn paid insights into new pages, offers, and on-site experiences that boost conversion
- Driving consistent growth through disciplined testing, data fluency, and creative excellence

- Owning growth strategy â youâll be guided and supported by both our Head of Growth and a fractional Head of Growth (yes, two!)
- Managing a team â youâll work with freelancers and partners, but your focus is execution and results
- Setting long-term vision â this role is about speed, precision, and performance
