Head of Performance Marketing
Job Description
Posted on: August 14, 2026
Part time, 3 days a week | Remote (UK) | £50,000 to £60,000 FTE, pro rataAbout us
AuDHD Psychiatry is a UK online clinic specialising in ADHD, autism and combined (AuDHD) assessment and treatment for adults and children. Founded in 2024 by Dr Darren O'Reilly, a Consultant Psychologist with lived experience of neurodivergence, we exist because too many people wait years to be understood; we see them in weeks, with high clinical standards and care that continues well beyond the diagnosis, from medication to ongoing support.
The role
We've just come through an exciting period of big projects, some of which are still in flight: a rebrand, a website overhaul, and the foundations of a creative powerhouse. We're really proud of that work, and this role gets to do the fun part: turning it all into performance across paid channels and CRO.
You'll own paid acquisition end to end. It's a hands-on role, so you'll be in the accounts and close to the detail, with the support to do it well. You'll work alongside our Paid agency (covering both paid search and Meta) to begin with, and as trust builds there's scope to bring the accounts fully in-house under your ownership.
We'll start at three days a week, with room to grow to four as the work (and hopefully your enjoyment of it) grows.
What you'll own
- Paid search. Google Ads and Microsoft strategy and hands-on management: structure, bidding, budgets, conversion signals.
- Paid social. Meta campaigns including the creative strategy: what we test, which angles and hooks, how we brief creators and agencies. You'll need genuine creative flair,
- CRO. Conversion optimisation on our commercial pages and paid landing pages: testing, iterating and making the pages our budget lands on convert better.
- Tracking. Owning measurement across GA4, Tag Manager, consent and offline conversion uploads, so decisions run on numbers we trust.
What this role is not
You won't own SEO, brand, or the wider website. You'll have input on pages that matter to paid performance, but the website itself sits elsewhere. We'd rather be clear about that now than surprise you later.
About you
- You've run performance marketing hands-on for several years, ideally with meaningful budgets in lead generation or high-consideration services.
- You're comfortable being the person in the account, and equally comfortable challenging an agency with evidence.
- You have a creative eye: you can look at ad creative and use the data to know what to test next.
- You use AI day to day to work faster and smarter: reporting, analysis, creative iteration, process. This matters to us as we work this way too.
- You're honest about data: what it can prove, what it can't, and you'd rather say "we don't know yet" than dress up noise.
- Experience in healthcare or another regulated space is a big plus but we are open.
The details
- 3 days a week, with scope to grow to 4
- £50,000 to £60,000 full-time equivalent, paid pro rata
- 25 days holiday, pro rata
- Pension contribution
- Fully remote, UK based
- You'll work directly with the founder and the current growth lead, with a proper handover
The process
Three conversations, kept quick and human:
- An intro chat with our Head of Growth: your story, how you work, and whether this role is right for you.
- A hands-on working session: we'll look at real accounts and pages together and talk through what you'd do. With nothing to prepare and no take-home task, we'd rather see how you think than how you present.
- A conversation with our founder.
