About Auddy
Auddy Campfire, a proprietary managed SaaS solution, connects its clients' communities through a private and encrypted audio-first delivery mechanism, providing brands with a tool to support culture, deliver mission-important content, provide effective information flows, while measuring all of the engagement at the same time. Our award-winning creative teams in the US and Europe mean that we can provide our enterprise-level clients with a fully project managed and end-to-end solution within an audio-first ecosystem.
Today’s behaviours mean that attention spans are shorter, there are new ways of working, teams and learning methods are diverse and, of course, messaging is overwhelming. Bombarded with videos, emails and newsletters, many of our clients talk about the intimacy and engagement with audio and its ability to free us from screen time and deliver higher and more impactful engagement! Campfire also measures and analyzes the outcomes for our clients, providing them with rich and actionable insights.
Our clients include some of the World’s most recognizable corporate and consumer brands and you can learn more about them at auddy.com. Our clients are talking to their employees, their investors, their network of sales people and their fans or followers. You will need to win their trust. We build close bonds with our clients and it will need to be obvious to both you and Auddy that you therefore have a strong client-centric mindset and a passion for providing reliable and exceptional service.
The Role
This role's start date is, by mutual agreement, on May 4 2026 date and is available exclusively to UK residents, living in or close to London.
We recently became a member of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") Marketplace and as a result, we market our services to the ecosystem of LSE listed companies and investment firms, as well as the financial markets ecosystem of law firms, banks, accountants, stockbrokers, wealth managers, fund managers and the like. This is a large community of target Auddy clients.
Auddy is seeking a highly personable and results-driven Business Development Manager, already very familiar with this ecosystem, to join our Campfire team and to own and lead the development of this sizable and exciting target community. You will likely grow in this role and your title will evolve just as you step into an increasingly senior and team leadership position. We expect you to build and lead a vertically-focused effort across additional stock exchanges over time.
In this role, while our marketing team will actively support you, you will be responsible for developing leads and converting them into actual BD engagement and sales. You will lead the exercise from lead development through to client contract completion. You will be the primary point of contact for all prospective Campfire clients who are connected to the above market segment (whether they are based in London or elsewhere). You will collaborate our marketing team and the chief executive to maximize the co-marketing opportunities and the building of strategic partnerships. Your successes become part of our narrative and we believe in the power of testimonials. Your interest in our clients will demonstrate your ability to be effective in the management of the sales and contract cycle and process.
About You
You will have 5 years’ previous experience in business development specific to any of the services industries targeting financial services, Investor Relations, financial PR and investment banks (of all sizes). You will come from this ecosystem. In other words, you already know a lot of people in this community and you know exactly how to talk to this community. You can navigate with knowledge, self-confidence and prior experience.
To develop new clients means, in our case, to be amazingly skilled in communications, thoroughness, empathy and conveying both integrity and expertise. We provide a very specific service and so it is critical that prospective clients not only understand that they need our services but also that we are the right folk to provide it to them. You are therefore the face and voice of our expertise. You’re energized by interaction, proactive in problem-solving, and confident navigating ambiguity. You sell without being a salesman. You’re the kind of person who doesn’t wait to be told what to do: you spot the gap, take initiative, and follow through. With a natural blend of assertiveness and emotional intelligence, you thrive in fast-moving environments where ownership, flexibility, and relational skill are key. You’re at ease juggling evolving priorities while keeping relationships strong and communication clear.
We’re looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, thrives on inter-personal momentum, and who balances confidence with care. If you love navigating people, priorities, and possibilities then this role will feel like a fit. You’re not just here to manage clients: you’re here to build relationships that last, with insight, responsiveness, and vision.
It is critical that you demonstrate a profound knowledge of the community we are working within and you will be tested on this.
Note: This is a remote job that will require travel (to and) within London.

- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with leads to ensure their legitimate interest and loyalty from first contact to contract.
