Atmosphere Press is an author-friendly book publisher that prioritizes meaningful and rewarding author experiences above all else. We provide editorial, design, distribution, and publicity services for authors, and are an ethics-forward alternative to traditional or self-publishing. Our mostly remote team of 60 is stable, with a positive, autonomous, and mutually supportive culture. With a TrustPilot score of 4.7, Atmosphere was founded in 2015 by an author and PhD in Literature, and since then has published more than 1,500 books.

The Role

Join our creative, collaborative team as a HubSpot Administrator, working with diverse departments within a dynamic book publishing company to refine existing systems, troubleshoot workflows and property gaps, optimize usage, and make our HubSpot setup as excellent and efficient as it can be. You'll play a key part of making sure both team member and author experiences go smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the point person for HubSpot upgrades throughout our process
• Build and refine workflows and task processes
• Interview team members as needed to diagnose and solve problems
• Analyze existing systems and deploy HubSpot solutions to improve those systems
• Identify gaps where we aren't sufficiently leveraging available tools
• Educate team members on how best to use HubSpot tools
• Bring brilliance, problem-solving, enthusiasm, and insight to our operations
