Talent Social Media Writers and Managers

Astra Content is building a bench of talented social writers and managers to support a high-velocity, high-standards B2B social workstream for a leading global technology brand’s Ads Marketing team in EMEA. This would be a contract/freelance work (pool) system but well paid!

What you’ll do:

• Write LinkedIn-first social copy (organic + paid social variations) for senior thought leaders, marketers, sellers and brand channels.
• Turn raw inputs – briefs, product updates, research, announcements, thought leadership – into crisp, on-brand posts.
• Create multiple angles and versions, from short- to long-form, using different formats, hooks, and openers, with A/B options for paid).
• Collaborate with an Astra Executive Editor who will train you on program-specific nuances, tone of voice, and workflows.
• Respond to time-sensitive requests with speed and calm execution.

What “great” looks like:

• You can write clean, credible B2B social media that doesn’t sound like generic marketing paste.
• You understand how to write for distribution (scroll-stopping hook, clarity, rhythm, structure, CTA discipline).
• You’re comfortable being edited, and you improve fast with feedback.

Requirements:

• 3+ years writing social content for B2B brands (tech/ads/marketing a strong plus).
• Strong LinkedIn portfolio (paid social variants a bonus).
• Ability to translate complexity into plain English without dumbing it down.
• Extremely reliable: you deliver what you say you’ll deliver.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with ads, MarTech, measurement, and performance marketing.
• A strong interest in the latest social trends and how thought leaders bring their messages to market.
• Comfort writing for executives and product marketing teams.
• Familiarity with brand voice systems, approvals, and stakeholder management.

Logistics:

• Contractor role (Astra network)
• EMEA-friendly availability preferred (UK/EU time zones)
• Work is remote, volume varies week-to-week.
