Position Details

Location: Remote 

Flexible engagement (contract – full-time or part-time hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in live global training and leadership calls 

• Implement and execute strategic online marketing initiatives 

• Generate and qualify leads through social and digital platforms 

• Conduct professional discovery conversations via phone or Zoom 

• Guide individuals through the onboarding journey 

• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to clients 

• Actively engage in personal development and leadership growth 

• Work independently with accountability and initiative 

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field 

• Strong communication and relationship-building capability 

• Confident conducting discovery conversations and presenting solutions 

• Comfortable using online tools and video conferencing platforms 

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented 

• Leadership, coaching, or consulting experience highly regarded
