Job Description We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Content Marketing needs. You will work closely with our international team, utilizing leading-edge technology with platforms like HubSpot, Breeze, and Gemini AI to manage and optimize our content creation process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing and content creation. ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do:

• Podcast Support:

• Support podcast generation in HubSpot,

• Ensure proper formatting and optimization for audio; select voices, adjust settings, and review the output.

• Schedule and Publish podcast episodes.

• Content Translation and optimization:

• Support the AI-assisted Content translation process in getting our content published in our focus languages, currently English into Romanian, Italian, Spanish, German, French, and simplified Chinese.
• Support the SEO - Optimization of content
• Review and edit machine-translated content to ensure accuracy and cultural appropriateness and maintain the original tone and style.
• Ensure consistency in terminology and messaging across all translated materials.

RequirementsQualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with content marketing production workflows and platforms.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms (e.g., YouTube and YouTube Studio).
• Willingness to learn and utilize new technologies like HubSpot and Breeze AI.

Bonus Points

• Background in marketing or a related field.
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
