About Aravae Aravae is building a privacy-first, AI-powered productivity platform. We’re preparing for launch and expanding our network of partners across productivity, workplace tools, and creator ecosystems. Role summary As Partnerships & Business Development Associate, you’ll help identify, pitch, and manage partnerships that accelerate distribution and credibility—without relying on paid ads. You’ll work closely with the founder to open doors, run outreach, and move deals forward. Responsibilities Partnership sourcing & outreach • Identify high-fit partners (communities, accelerators, platforms, creators, B2B teams, events). • Build targeted outreach lists and run structured outreach (email + LinkedIn). • Draft partnership pitches and adapt messaging per partner type. Deal support & coordination • Schedule calls, take notes, and track follow-ups to keep momentum. • Help create simple partnership packages (value proposition, benefits, next steps). • Coordinate co-marketing efforts (announcements, content swaps, webinars, event collabs). Pipeline & reporting • Maintain a partnership pipeline (CRM/Notion tracker) with clear statuses. • Report weekly on outreach volume, replies, calls booked, and partnerships in progress. • Recommend improvements based on what’s converting. Brand-safe representation • Represent Aravae professionally in conversations with external stakeholders. • Ensure partner messaging stays aligned with brand positioning and trust standards. Requirements • 1–3 years experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or growth (startup/SaaS is a plus). • Strong written communication in English (Dutch is a plus). • Confident in outreach, follow-up, and relationship building. • Organized: you can run a pipeline and keep clean notes without being chased. • Comfortable in fast-moving environments with direct feedback. • Interest in women’s wellbeing / FemTech is a plus, and the role is open to all backgrounds. • We welcome applicants of all backgrounds. Time commitment • Full-time (40 hours/week) Start date • February 10, 2026 (flexible) Location • Remote (CET-friendly) • Optional in-person sessions in Amsterdam (not required) Compensation • Paid role (contract or employment, depending on location and fit) • Compensation details shared during the interview process.
