  • About the Role** In this critical role, you will be the architect of compelling messaging experiences, translating strategic marketing visions into tangible, high-impact solutions. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of messaging initiatives, from initial concept and design to deployment and performance analysis. Your work will directly enhance user engagement, refine communication relevancy, and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for users across various channels.   • Responsibilities:**
  • Collaborate closely with marketing strategists in refinement sessions to clearly define and finalize communication requirements.
  • Design and develop custom or experimental messaging solutions that meet strategic objectives, securing stakeholder approval.
  • Construct robust messaging solutions and perform thorough self-quality assurance testing to ensure excellence.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with marketing teams for custom-built solutions.
  • Conduct peer-review quality assurance for team members, ensuring all messaging is deployment-ready.
  • Proactively monitor solution deployments for a limited period, swiftly identifying and addressing any potential issues.
  • Leverage business intelligence and analytical insights to assess the impact of solutions, informing future refinements and team reporting.
  • What You’ll Bring**
  • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing operations, analytics, or similar applied roles.
  • 1+ years of experience working effectively within agile team environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applied coding of template scripting languages (e.g., Liquid, Handlebars).
  • Solid working knowledge of best practices for various messaging channels (e.g., email, push notifications, in-app messaging).
  • Experience in designing and conducting experiments with a focus on minimizing bias.
  • An exceptionally high standard for quality and a keen eye for identifying potential bugs.
  • Superb writing skills for crafting clear documentation, detailed solution designs, and insightful reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at collaborating with globally diverse cultures and cross-functional teams.
  • A curious and analytical mindset, committed to continuous improvement and expertise development.
  • Flexibility to be on-call for business-critical launches.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English.
  • An undergraduate degree with a quantitative focus in technology or business domains, or equivalent practical work experience.
  • Must-Haves:**
  • Proven experience with messaging platforms, demonstrating hands-on message building and coding capabilities.
  • A proactive, “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude, ready to dive into campaign execution.
  • Expertise in messaging optimization techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Nice-to-Haves:**
  • Active certifications in major messaging platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
