Content Creator & Community ManagerLocation: UK Remote + Event Travel in UK & Europe
We are seeking a creative, ambitious graduate to join our marketing team as a Content Creator.
This is a hands-on opportunity for an individual passionate about building a career in digital content creation, social media strategy, and brand marketing. The successful candidate will be the on-camera face of the company, a key content producer, and a central figure in managing our online community.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the on-camera face and personality for the company.
- Create, film, and edit engaging video content across all social platforms.
- Manage and grow our Discord community.
- Attend live events to capture content and represent the brand with potential to present on stage to a live audience.
- Support wider marketing campaigns with social-first assets.
Key Responsibilities:Content Creation
- Film and edit short-form video content for platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X).
- Capture behind-the-scenes content at all live events.
- Produce high-quality, social-first videos and photos aligned with the brand tone.
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form assets.
Brand Representation
- Act as the primary on-camera personality for all company video content.
- Host interviews, livestreams, and event coverage.
- Represent the brand professionally at live events.
- Develop a recognisable and engaging on-screen presence.
Community Management
- Manage and moderate the official company Discord server.
- Engage daily with community members, fostering a positive culture.
- Run community activities, including polls, discussions, announcements, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to activate and support campaigns within Discord.
Marketing Team Contribution
- Provide content support for major campaign launches.
- Contribute creative ideas and insights during marketing meetings.
- Assist with content calendars, scheduling, and asset management.
- Track basic engagement metrics and performance insights for content.
Ideal Candidate Profile:Essential Qualifications
- Recent university graduate (Marketing, Media, Communications, or a similar field) or equivalent experience.
- Highly confident on camera and comfortable with presenting.
- Strong understanding and native use of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar).
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Comfortable and experienced using Discord.
- Genuine passion for social media and digital culture.
Desirable Experience
- Experience running a successful personal TikTok or YouTube account.
- Previous community moderation experience.
- Experience filming and capturing content at live events.
- Basic understanding of content analytics and performance tracking.
