The 360 Sales Executive will own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification through to closing, handover to Customer Success, and ongoing revenue expansion. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, working closely with the CEO, COO, and broader team to drive predictable pipeline and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through to close for Answertree’s RFP & Bid response management product suite
  • Proactively generate pipeline through predominantly outbound sales to both SMB and Enterprise prospects
  • Work closely with Marketing expertise in the company on inbound lead generation target audiences
  • Run discovery calls, demos, and commercial negotiations with prospective customers
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth post-sale handover and identify expansion opportunities
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline reporting
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Leadership based on prospect insights and objections

Required Experience

  • 3–7 years’ experience in a full-cycle (360) B2B SaaS sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation capability
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Solid understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and buying cycles
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Highly organised with disciplined CRM usage
