About Andzen

At Andzen, we deliver world-class marketing and business solutions to ambitious e-commerce merchants. We’re a boutique global team, and we thrive on moving fast, working smart, and finding creative solutions. We’re looking for a CRM Specialist who’s not just sharp with clients and campaigns, but who’s an AI power user, self-starter, and relentless learner. If you’re excited to blend client relationships with hands-on CRM craft, this role is for you.

The Role

As a CRM Specialist, you'll own the client relationship and the CRM strategy behind it, guiding clients through lifecycle marketing, retention, and automation programs while making sure delivery lands on point. You're mostly client-facing, but not afraid to jump into Klaviyo (or any other platform) to unblock your team, QA a flow, or answer a technical question in real time.

What sets this role apart is how you work. AI isn’t a tool you occasionally reach for. It’s embedded in how you think, plan, write, analyse, and execute. You’ll use AI to move faster than the old way of working allows, and you’ll constantly be experimenting with new ways to deliver smarter outcomes for clients.

What You'll Do

  • Own the client relationship, communication, expectations, strategy, and satisfaction.
  • Use AI chat, GPTs, agents, and automations as your default way of working.
  • Guide CRM strategy across lifecycle flows, campaigns, segmentation, retention, and growth.
  • Support delivery of client work on time, on budget, and aligned with goals.
  • Get hands-on in Klaviyo and other platforms when the team needs support.
  • Prepare and present client reports that explain performance and surface opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Digital Producers, and specialists.
  • Contribute to QA and resolve client issues proactively.
  • Spot new business opportunities and support renewals with the Sales Team.

What You'll Need

  • AI fluency as a baseline, a genuine power user who experiments and adapts.
  • Strong communication skills to lead client relationships with confidence.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment across time zones.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar platforms, or a clear willingness to learn fast.
  • A passion for e-commerce and digital marketing, with a client-first mindset.

Why Join Us

Work with leading e-commerce brands, learn from senior team members, and join a global culture that values teamwork, innovation, and ownership.
