🚀 We’re Hiring: Marketing Specialist (HubSpot Expert)

At All Pumps, we’re on the lookout for a Marketing Specialist to drive our digital campaigns, optimize our marketing funnels, and scale our CRM strategy using HubSpot. You’ll be the go-to person for all things HubSpot, from email marketing and lead nurturing to analytics and workflows. 

🔍 What You’ll Do: 

• Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and lead generation strategies 
• Create Automation and Sequences for Effective lead generation, management and customers service  
• Create and execute email campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows 
• Collaborate with content, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts through HubSpot  
• Analyse campaign performance and generate actionable insights using HubSpot reports and dashboards 
• Own the full marketing funnel — from lead capture to qualification  
• Work with other members in the existing Marketing team to pull together projects and campaigns (graphics, web and content creation)  

✅ What We’re Looking For: 

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on HubSpot 
• HubSpot Marketing Software Certification (or equivalent experience) 
• Proven experience with marketing automation, lead scoring, and segmentation 
• Excellent copywriting and campaign-building skills 
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail 

💡 Bonus Points If You: 

• Have experience in Industrial Manufacturing or Heavy Industry Suppliers  
• Are comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot and NetSuite  
• Have a passion for data-driven decision making and growth marketing
