OPPORTUNITY FOR IMPACT
**
The Growth Operations Manager at Alacura will have the unique opportunity to serve as a critical hub connecting sales performance data, executive decision-making, and strategic marketing initiatives during a period of rapid company growth. Reporting directly to the AVP – Marketing & Strategy, this role offers significant visibility within the organization, including direct exposure to the Board of Directors and senior leadership. This position serves as a springboard for career advancement within Alacura’s growing enterprise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**
- Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for sales activity, partnering with the Salesforce development team to optimize system configuration, user access, data integrity, and ongoing optimization of the CRM platform
- Own end-to-end pipeline management, ensuring accurate and timely updates to opportunity stages, probability weightings, and projected close dates
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Salesforce to provide real-time visibility into sales performance and pipeline health
- Lead weekly pipeline review meetings, preparing comprehensive materials and facilitating data-driven discussions with the sales team and leadership
- Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reports for the Executive Team
- Coordinate logistics for monthly and quarterly board meetings including scheduling, venue arrangements, and technology setup
- Lead the development, compilation, and quality assurance of board meeting materials, including slide decks, financial summaries, pipeline reports, and strategic updates
- Prepare executive-level pipeline summaries and strategic analyses for board presentations, translating complex sales data into clear, compelling narratives
- Assist in the yearly annual planning process, supporting leadership in establishing organizational objectives, departmental targets, and individual performance goals
- Maintain comprehensive goal tracking systems and produce regular progress reports, identifying variances from plan and escalating risks to leadership
- Partner with the AVP – Marketing & Strategy to execute marketing initiatives that strengthen Alacura’s brand presence within the healthcare and medical transportation markets
- Support the continuous evolution of sales and marketing materials, maintaining a library of approved pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and collateral
- Support the development and maintenance of corporate dashboards tracking key performance indicators and metrics across departments
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure data consistency and integration across reporting systems

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
**
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field
- One to three years of experience in the healthcare industry, or equivalent experience in investment banking or management consulting
- Exemplary Microsoft PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to create polished, executive-ready presentations under tight deadlines
- Exemplary Microsoft Excel skills including proficiency in advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis, and financial modeling
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM including administration, reporting, and dashboard development; Salesforce Administrator certification valued
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to executive audiences
- Experience supporting Board of Directors or C-suite executives preferred; background in health plan, managed care, or medical transportation industries desirable
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred
