Contract Type: W2 Location: Atlanta, GA () Duration: 12 Months Pay Range:$46 - $49 #LP Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Community and Email Marketing Specialist to build and manage the Mailchimp Academy learning community, develop and implement effective content and email marketing strategies, and analyze engagement metrics to improve communication efforts. This role involves close collaboration with instructional design, program management, and product teams to ensure alignment with key initiatives and product launches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enhancing online community engagement and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and moderate the Mailchimp Academy learning community to foster a positive environment.
• Develop community-specific content in collaboration with experts, ensuring relevance and value.
• Handle the end-to-end process of developing and sending email communications for Mailchimp Academy, ensuring brand consistency.
• Devise and execute marketing strategies to promote courses, certifications, and learning events.
• Analyze community and email engagement metrics, reporting key insights to stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

• Community management and engagement expertise.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (preferably Eloqua) and understanding of marketing automation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling messaging.

Industry Experience

• Preference for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or community management within a SaaS, technology, or e-learning environment.
• This remote role is ideal for candidates who can align with EST working hours.
