We are looking for a full-time Brand Manager to join our growing team and become an integral part of their success.
As a Brand Manager, you're one of the primary owners of your clients' success. Your goal is to ensure every stakeholder for the brands in your portfolio feels confident in our work and sees real progress toward their goals, because earning that trust is the foundation of everything we do. Part of a pod with a Performance Manager, you'll also partner closely with teammates, and internal specialists to drive performance and ensure every deliverable is on time and meets a high bar for quality. You'll also work directly with clients to guide high-level, strategic decisions. In short: you make sure the trains run on time, and everyone stays in the know.

Responsibilities:
- Primary lead for communications with client stakeholders. You will work with internal teams as necessary to gather in-the-weeds knowledge and data, but ultimately you are providing the analysis and recommendations that will shape our clients' businesses.
- Collaborate with clients and internal specialist teams to develop strategy across eCommerce initiatives (catalog architecture, go-to-market assortments, design strategy, copywriting and SEO, merchandising and promotions, etc.), presenting plans of action to clients and guiding your internal teams through execution to ensure all deliverables stay on track.
- Analyze your client's performance data (CVR, sales trends, performance marketing metrics, inventory availability, etc.) alongside market research to identify opportunities to drive sales. Partner with specialist teams to bring those opportunities to life.
- Contribute to the creation and presentation of bi-weekly performance reports to clients, QA'ing for quality of insights and takeaways, and effectiveness of the reports in maintaining a beneficial relationship with our clients while moving projects forward.
- Work with specialist teams to ensure that the work your clients need is completed, delivered promptly, and executed well. You'll make sure nothing slips through the cracks, because attention to detail is what our clients count on us for, escalating issues to heads of departments as necessary.
- Work with external teams, such as Amazon Account Managers, to explore potential partnerships, beta opportunities, and any other projects or forms of technical support that will help our clients succeed.
- Maintain and expand a wide knowledge of all aspects of marketplace eCommerce (marketing, design, catalog management, logistics), bridging the gap between specialist teams, and connecting the in-the-weeds details to the high-level goals.
- Stay ahead of eCommerce trends and ensure Aisle3 and our clients benefit from being at the forefront through test & learn strategies, early adoption of beta offerings, platform flexibility, successful launches, new product ideas, and new platform onboarding.
- Contribute to a culture of curiosity and a team of experts through training documentation, personal training, bi-weekly company knowledge sharing, and similar initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 - 5 years experience in eCommerce, or a complementary Account Management position
- 1+ years Amazon Seller Central experience
- Strong client service and communication skills, and the ability to foster positive, lasting client relationships even amidst conditions of difficulty
- Ability to pick things up quickly, and utilize critical thinking and analysis to make strategic decisions
- Ability to project manage and prioritize deadlines across a variety of clients and teams
- A go-getter attitude and a mindset of continuous improvement who is always looking for ways to solve problems and get better
- "Know enough to be dangerous" in Excel/Google Sheets and statistical/data analysis
