We are working with a high-growth Microsoft Partner seeking a commercially driven Customer Success Manager with deep Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and system integration experience.
This is both a new business and customer success role, focused on winning new logos while also managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the D365 CE practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development
- Proactively identify, engage, and win new D365 CE customers (new logos)
- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting → discovery → solution shaping → close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound activity, networking, and partnerships
- Position D365 CE and integration-led solutions to C-level and senior stakeholders
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design compelling, value-led solutions
Customer Success & Account Growth
- Manage a portfolio of existing D365 CE clients post-implementation
- Drive adoption, value realisation, and long-term customer success
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop account plans aligned to client business objectives
D365 CE & Solution Expertise
- Act as a trusted advisor on Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Lead client conversations around CRM strategy, optimisation, and transformation
- Support demos, workshops, and solution presentations
System Integration Focus
- Shape and position integration-led solutions (ERP, finance systems, third-party platforms)
- Translate business challenges into scalable, integrated architectures
- Work with architects and delivery teams on complex integration requirements
Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
- Act as the commercial bridge between sales, delivery, and technical teams
- Ensure smooth transition from sales into delivery and ongoing account management
- Maintain visibility of customer health, risks, and opportunities
Key RequirementsExperience
- Proven track record in new business sales (new logos) within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE (essential)
- Background in system integration / complex solution sales
- Experience operating in a consultative, solution-led sales environment
Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Integration concepts (APIs, middleware, Azure services, data flows)
- Ability to lead both commercial and technical conversations
Commercial Profile
- Demonstrated success in:
- Pipeline generation and conversion
- Closing mid-market to enterprise deals
- Account growth and revenue expansion
- Comfortable carrying and exceeding a revenue target
Soft Skills
- Highly consultative, outcome-driven approach
- Strong stakeholder engagement at C-suite and senior level
- Ability to balance new business focus with ongoing client ownership
Desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.)
- Power Platform knowledge (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Microsoft certifications (D365, Azure)
- Experience selling into specific verticals (e.g. Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing)
