About the Role
This role is responsible for overseeing marketing operations across Eastern Europe, including strategy development and execution aligned with business objectives. The position aims to enhance brand value and market presence in the region through localized marketing initiatives tailored to the diverse cultural and economic landscape of Eastern European markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning (B2B)
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies based on local cultural backgrounds, customer needs, and business goals across Eastern European markets.
- Drive brand awareness and market presence through targeted marketing initiatives adapted to the region's unique characteristics.
Marketing Program Execution
- Plan and manage marketing events such as exhibitions, product launches, and customer engagement sessions based on the annual marketing plan.
- Oversee budget allocation, progress tracking, and post-campaign performance evaluation with improvement recommendations.
Marketing Content & Collateral Development
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and produce localized marketing content and materials (e.g. corporate brochures, presentations, videos, exhibition assets, case studies).
- Ensure consistency of brand image across all materials.
Digital Marketing (Web & Social Media)
- Manage and update multilingual websites and digital channels (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, EDM) for Eastern European markets.
- Drive online brand visibility through content strategy and channel optimization.
PR & External Engagement
- Create and distribute local press releases targeting Eastern European media outlets.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, media, industry associations, and other external partners to expand marketing reach across the region.
Market Research & Data Analysis
- Collect and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence specific to Eastern Europe.
- Support sales activities and brand strategy development with data-driven insights.
Reporting & Other Duties
- Prepare regular marketing reports, track progress, and perform other tasks assigned by management.
QualificationsMust-Have:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a marketing role.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High learning agility and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to understanding new products and markets.
- Business-level fluency in English and [Local Language] (spoken and written).Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in the renewable energy or solar PV industry.
- Knowledge of the solar PV value chain (EPC, O&M, trading houses, etc.).
- Familiarity with Eastern European business culture and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in an additional Eastern European language is a plus.
- Experience working across multiple countries within the region.
Employment Type: Full-time
