  • Translate user insights from tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Target, Qualtrics, and Microsoft Clarity into actionable design improvements.
  • Develop and lead a prioritized experimentation roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify friction points and advise design decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, engineering, IT, product, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure timely and high-quality experiment execution.
  • Analyze test results and communicate findings and recommendations to partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of validated experience in UX or digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing data-informed, user-centered work.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS).
  • Experience designing for e-commerce platforms and optimizing conversion funnels.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization strategies.
  • Ability to interpret and apply insights from analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Qualtrics.
  • Experience using Adobe Target or similar experimentation tools.
