We operate as a licensed telecom operator and provide interconnection services to major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), aggregators, and digital service providers worldwide.

Your impact

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns to generate qualified leads, optimize customer acquisition costs, and maximize marketing ROI.

You will own the creative process and collaborate closely with the commercial team to craft compelling messages and build full-funnel campaigns. You will also experiment across new channels, test messaging angles, develop landing pages and video assets, and bring strategic insights on how to best allocate the marketing budget to support the product’s growth.

Some examples of your responsibilities

  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant channels
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead profiles and develop creative campaigns that drive conversion
  • Design and implement landing pages, email sequences, and acquisition funnels tailored to specific target segments
  • Develop and optimize paid acquisition strategies, from keyword selection and bidding to A/B testing and retargeting
  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor performance, extract insights, and continuously improve traffic quality and lead flow
  • Experiment with non-traditional channels including influencer marketing and trade events to assess broader acquisition strategies
  • Propose new creative formats and storylines for ads, videos, and tutorials based on customer behavior and platform value
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to management to support strategic planning and budget allocation

What we are looking for – Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, ideally in SaaS, B2B or subscription-based models
  • Proven track record in lead generation, funnel optimization, and full-cycle campaign execution
  • Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, and web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Hotjar)
  • Strong creative and strategic mindset: able to design campaign angles, build landing pages, and create engaging digital content
  • Experience in setting up and managing acquisition funnels and landing page testing
  • Native-level Italian and fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Results-oriented, highly analytical, and able to challenge assumptions with data
  • Passion for storytelling, user behavior, and innovative digital tactics

What we are looking for – Nice to Have

  • Experience working with or managing external freelancers/consultants (e.g., video editors, designers, influencers)
  • Familiarity with tutorial creation and customer onboarding content
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving go-to-market phase
  • Strong visual communication skills and ability to translate ideas into testable creative formats
