About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data-driven marketing, and technology. You'll drive our digital presence across multiple channels, create compelling content that positions Aetheron as an AI thought leader, and leverage cutting-edge tools to optimise campaign performance and engagement.

ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimisation to maximise ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Implement retargeting and audience segmentation strategies to nurture leads through the funnel

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop comprehensive performance dashboards tracking key metrics across all digital channels
  • Analyse campaign data using Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation metrics
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to inform marketing strategy and budget allocation

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms relevant to B2B AI
  • Create and schedule engaging social content that drives brand awareness and thought leadership
  • Monitor social channels for engagement opportunities, responding to comments and messages promptly
  • Build and nurture online communities around AI innovation and digital transformation

Content Creation & Thought Leadership

  • Develop AI-focused thought leadership content including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies
  • Create compelling visual content using design tools for social media, ads, and marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex AI concepts into accessible marketing content
  • Develop content calendars aligned with product launches, industry events, and trending AI topics

Design & Creative Production

  • Design marketing assets including social media graphics, infographics, email templates, and presentation decks
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints following Aetheron's brand guidelines
  • Create and optimise landing pages for campaigns using CMS platforms
  • Develop video content and animations for social media and digital advertising

Marketing Operations & Collaboration

  • Manage marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and email campaigns
  • Optimise website content for SEO, conducting keyword research and implementing on-page optimisation
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure marketing qualified leads are properly tracked and handed off
  • Support event marketing initiatives including webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new AI products and features

Marketing & Events Support

  • Partner with Marketing to nurture leads and ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Coordinate sales & marketing launches, conferences, and events with creative, practical execution.
  • Manage website content and EDM campaigns, ensuring accuracy and engagement.

QualificationsEssential Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS
  • Proven expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, data visualisation, and reporting tools
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma) for creating marketing assets
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to create compelling, SEO-optimised content
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies

Highly Desirable:

  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies
  • Experience creating thought leadership content for technical audiences
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page optimisation
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics tools
  • Google Ads and/or HubSpot certifications
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation
