Job Description:

Are you a creative strategist with a passion for driving tangible results through groundbreaking meta ads campaigns? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged, and creativity knows no bounds? If so, we want you to join our team as a Creative Strategist at AdTok.

As the Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our clients and driving the success of our clients' campaigns. You will work in a team of talented creatives, harnessing their collective expertise to craft compelling, data-driven advertising that resonates with target audiences and inspires action.

You’ll be playing in the only field that matters in ecom advertising in 2024 and beyond, creative. Everything else has been automated, the machines control it all. Creative is our last stronghold, and good ads will never go out of style.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative development process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers, data analysts, and media buyers, to develop integrated advertising strategies that drive results on Meta.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging new tools and platforms to optimize campaign performance.
  • Mentor and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality creative assets across various channels, including social media, display advertising, video, and more.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and iterate on creative strategies based on data insights and client feedback.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for AdTok, representing our agency at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a performance marketing role within the eCom space, with a strong focus on direct response marketing and DTC brands.
  • Proven track record of developing successful advertising campaigns that drive measurable results, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful work.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and advertising best practices, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams to deliver their best work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
