Marketing Executive
Remote (Europe timezone preferred)
Full-time | Self-employed contractor | €30k + performance-based bonus
Start: Q2 2026
Reports to: Head of Operations
The Role
We are hiring a proactive, commercially minded marketer to keep our marketing engine running and steadily improving.
This is not a “Head of Marketing” role. It is not a pure strategist role. It is a hands-on execution role for someone who can take a plan and deliver it consistently, with polish.
You will often work independently. You must be comfortable owning outcomes.
Core Focus for 2026
- Execute campaigns across email, social and blog.
- Build and manage nurture sequences in Mailchimp and Copper.
- Produce high-quality written content for luxury travel agents (B2B) and high-net-worth families (B2C).
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Track performance and optimise based on data.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Campaign Execution
Implement multi-channel campaigns across email, blog and social.
Build and optimise automations in Mailchimp.
Track KPIs (open rates, CTR, CPL, conversions) and report monthly.
Content & Brand
Write and edit blogs, newsletters, landing pages, sales decks and agent materials.
Repurpose content across formats efficiently.
Maintain a refined, premium tone suited to UHNW audiences.
CRM & Lead Nurture
Segment lists in Copper CRM and Mailchimp.
Build lifecycle journeys (lead → booking → post-trip).
Support re-engagement and loyalty campaigns.
Agent Marketing Support
Create and update agent toolkits, co-branded materials and newsletters.
Support loyalty initiatives and onboarding materials.
Digital Foundations
Support SEO improvements and ensure content is structured for AI discoverability.
Run quarterly digital audits and suggest improvements.
Design
You do not need to be a designer.
You do need a strong visual eye. Everything we produce must feel premium, considered and aligned with a luxury brand.
What Matters Most (In Order)
- Strong writing and editing skills in native-level English.
- Proven experience executing campaigns end-to-end.
- Confidence using CRM and email marketing tools.
- A sharp design sensibility.
- Comfort working independently in a remote team.
AI: How Important Is It?
You must already use AI tools in your daily workflow for content, research, optimisation and efficiency.
You do not need to be building advanced AI agents.
Bonus if you have:
– Built workflow automations
– Created structured GPT workflows
– Used AI to materially improve marketing performance
About You
Minimum 4 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally within luxury, boutique travel, hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands.
You understand the US market and how to communicate with both:
- Luxury travel advisors
- High-net-worth direct clients
You are commercially aware. You care about conversion, not vanity metrics.
You are proactive. You do not wait for tasks to be assigned in perfect detail.
You are comfortable working solo, but collaborative when needed.
Bonus Experience
Experience marketing within luxury or private travel.
Experience with multigenerational family travel.
Experience with Copper CRM.
Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
