Performance Marketing Specialist

Are you a senior performance marketer who knows how to grow eCommerce brands through paid media?

Nudge is expanding and we're looking for an experienced marketer to join our team. Depending on your background, there's potential for you to step into one of several senior roles, from hands-on media buying to strategy and account leadership.

We're a fully remote, performance-first Google Ads agency trusted by 100+ DTC brands. We've driven $12M+ in revenue for our clients and we're growing fast.

Who We're Looking For

We're open to a range of backgrounds, but you'll likely have:

• 3–6+ years in performance marketing, paid media or eCommerce growth

• Strong Google Ads experience (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)

• An analytical mindset: you're comfortable with data and use it to make decisions

• Experience working with DTC or eCommerce brands

• Strong client communication skills: you can present results, explain strategy and build trust with clients directly

• High ownership mentality: you take accountability for results

• Bonus: experience leading campaigns, managing accounts independently or mentoring others
