Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Copy and Growth Strategist to own end-to-end landing page performance — from research and copywriting to strategy and optimization. You’ll craft high-converting advertorials, listicles, and landing pages that turn cold traffic into customers. Working closely with our creative strategists and designers, you’ll align ad messaging with powerful landing page narratives that scale profitably. This is a high-performance role designed for a self-sustaining, data-driven strategist in the top 1% of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full responsibility for landing pages that convert traffic into purchases — research, copywriting, strategy, and optimization.
• Develop data-driven strategies for scaling accounts outside ad platforms through funnel design, advertorials, and listicles.
• Research trends, audiences, and competitors to generate winning content ideas and improve creative-to-page conversion.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement your vision through polished, high-converting pages.
• Analyze landing page data and A/B tests to drive continual improvement and higher ROAS.
• Partner with media buyers and creative teams to ensure campaigns convert effectively and scale sustainably.
• Focus on cold traffic and broad audiences — not remarketing or view-based strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven success driving growth for ecommerce or affiliate brands (budgets $200K+/month).
• Expert in funnel design, advertorial and listicle creation, and conversion-focused copywriting.
• Strong data interpretation and testing mindset — you thrive on numbers and iteration.
• Deep understanding of direct response marketing and cold traffic psychology.
• Ability to work autonomously in a performance-based, fast-moving environment.
• Experience collaborating with designers and developers to execute strategy.

Preferred Skills & Bonuses

• Experience in affiliate marketing (lead gen, nutra, or ecommerce).
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks for landing page optimization.
• Proven ability to concept and write winning advertorials and listicles.
• Comfort working within a pod-based team structure (media buyers, creatives, strategists).
