We're working with a fast-growing DTC wellness brand where performance creative is one of the biggest growth levers.
They’re hiring a Creative Strategist to own the thinking behind their ads — the angles, hooks, scripts, and systems that turn insight into revenue.
This role sits between creative and growth. You’re not just “making ads", you’re building a repeatable engine for what wins.
What you’ll do
– Own performance creative strategy across paid social and video (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
– Turn customer insight, culture, and performance data into winning creative angles
– Write ad scripts, hooks, and narrative frameworks
– Build modular systems for fast testing of hooks, formats, and CTAs
– Analyze winners and losers to guide iteration
– Partner closely with paid media and creative teams
– Lead creative testing and experimentation
– Use AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting, and iteration
– Build a fast creative loop: insight → idea → launch → learn
What they’re looking for
– 3+ years in performance creative, growth, or DTC marketing
– Proven track record of scaling paid social creative
– Strong scriptwriting and storytelling instincts
– Deep understanding of what works on Meta, TikTok, YouTube
– Comfortable using performance data to guide creative
– Experience working with paid media teams
– Organized, fast-moving, and self-directed
– Experience using AI tools to improve creative workflows
Nice to have
– Wellness, CPG, food & beverage, or subscription background
– UGC/creator pipeline experience
– Familiarity with creative performance reporting
– Understanding of full-funnel impact (CAC, ROAS, LTV)
– Experience building creative systems or playbooks
