Role Description The Performance-Based Sales Consultant – Premium Programs is a full-time remote role responsible for enrolling qualified candidates into Acceler8 Growth’s premium programs. In this role, you will conduct scheduled sales conversations (primarily via Zoom or phone), actively listen to prospects’ goals and challenges, and clearly communicate the value and structure of our programs. You will manage a personal sales pipeline, follow up with warm leads, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, handling objections with empathy, guiding prospects through decision-making, and meeting or exceeding agreed-upon performance-based targets. You will collaborate with coaching and marketing teams to provide feedback from the field, continuously refine your sales approach, and uphold a consultative, ethical, and service-oriented sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven consultative or high-ticket sales experience, ideally in coaching, education, training, or professional services.
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly in remote conversations.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline, using a CRM, and following structured sales processes and follow-up sequences.
- Comfort working in a performance-based or commission-driven environment with clear revenue and conversion targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain consistent availability for calls across time zones as needed.
- High level of personal accountability, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive financial and career-related discussions.
- Genuine interest in personal development, career transformation, and purpose-driven business building.
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills, with a calm, solution-focused approach under pressure.
- Familiarity with online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom), digital collaboration tools, and remote work best practices.
- Previous experience in remote sales, recruiting, admissions, or client enrollment roles is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, coaching
