Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | Remote (Florida, United States)The Opportunity

We are looking for a Social Media Account Manager who can own the full lifecycle of social media campaigns for multiple business clients. This role is available as either full-time or part-time, depending on your availability and experience. This is not a "post and ghost" role — you will be a strategic partner to our clients, managing everything from content strategy and creation to client approvals, revisions, reporting, and ongoing optimization. You will be the face of our social media services and a key driver of client retention and growth.

What You Will Do

• Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies for multiple business clients simultaneously

• Create, schedule, and publish content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, Google Business Profile)

• Lead client communication including strategy calls, content review sessions, and monthly reporting meetings

• Manage the full approval workflow — drafting content, presenting to clients, incorporating revisions, and publishing final assets

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics including engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions

• Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trending formats, and industry best practices

• Collaborate with our design team, ads specialists, and account managers to deliver integrated campaigns

• Utilize AI tools — especially Claude by Anthropic and ChatGPT — to enhance content ideation, copywriting, research, and workflow efficiency

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for businesses (agency experience strongly preferred)

• Proven ability to develop social media strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable results

• Strong client relationship management skills — you are comfortable leading calls, presenting strategies, and navigating feedback

• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills across multiple platforms and tones of voice

• Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar)

• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools for creating on-brand social graphics

• Fluency with AI tools — particularly Claude by Anthropic — for content creation, research, and workflow optimization (this is non-negotiable)

• Comfortable working in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client environment with minimal hand-holding

Bonus Points

• Experience with short-form video content creation (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

• Familiarity with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)

• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals and how social media supports organic visibility

• Previous experience in a multi-client agency environment
