Social Media Creative Strategist

We’re looking for a creative performance strategist.

This role combines content sourcing, copywriting, creative quality control, and performance analysis, with clear KPIs, direct accountability, and upside tied to results.

What you'll do:

• Research and analyze high-performing organic Instagram content.
• Write persuasive, high-impact short-form copy (hooks, captions, CTAs) that drive engagement and conversions for clients.
• Work closely with designers to develop Instagram ad creatives.
• Act as the final creative authority before ads and content go live.
• Identify patterns in winning ads (angles, hooks, formats, messaging).
• Continuously test, iterate, and improve creative concepts.
• Translate performance data into clear creative decisions.
• Build repeatable systems for producing winning ad creatives.

What we're looking for:

• Strong understanding of Instagram content.
• Proven experience in writing persuasive, high-impact short-form copy for social media.
• Ability to spot patterns in performance and act on them.
• Excellent creative judgment and attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers and giving direction.
• You’ve owned or strongly influenced the performance of creative work before, not just contributed ideas.

Your performance KPI's:

• Consistent production of winning ad creatives.
• Improved performance metrics (CPM, ROAS).
