About the Role
This role supports the growth and operational excellence of a rapidly scaling marketplace business.
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will design, implement, and optimize revenue operations strategies, performance frameworks, and cross-functional processes that drive acquisition, onboarding, retention, and partner success.
You will act as a strategic operator, translating business objectives into scalable programs, leveraging data to inform decisions, and building systems that improve efficiency and performance across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate growth strategy into actionable operational plans that drive acquisition, retention, and overall performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, analytics, systems, legal, and operations teams to align execution.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.
- Define, track, and optimize KPIs and performance management frameworks.
- Design and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Support automation and tooling initiatives to reduce manual workflows and improve data quality.
- Launch and scale operational programs across regions and teams.
- Continuously refine processes to improve growth, conversion, quality, and unit economics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, growth operations, marketplace operations, consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience using business intelligence tools; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Background supporting sales and account management teams in SMB or B2B environments.
- Experience working with CRM and revenue tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Proven project management skills with strong ownership and execution mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to build and evolve financial and operational models to support strategic decisions.
Contract Details
- Contract duration: 12 months (with potential for extension)
