Qualifications

• 2 + years as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
• Proven track record of managing calendars, email, and routine admin tasks without heavy oversight
• Able to work CT hours
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Drive) and basic CRM platforms
• Strong English writing and verbal skills; able to draft clear, concise emails and summaries.
• Responsive and able to pick up instructions with minimal back-and-forth.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Able to juggle multiple small tasks and prioritize ruthlessly.
• Self-starter: asks clarifying questions when needed and follows through without reminders.
