We’re a boutique influencer marketing agency working with FinTech, iGaming, and mobile gaming brands. Until now, clients have come through referrals and our founders’ network. Now we’re ready to scale - and we’re hiring our first dedicated Growth / Business Development Lead
This isn’t a classic “sales” role. We’re not looking for someone to just run presentations. We need someone who can go out, connect with people, and generate demand — through conferences, networking, LinkedIn, email, and creative outreach
You’ll be our first growth hire, so you’ll be hands-on in the early stages while also building the processes that allow us to scale
This is a high-investment, high-upside role. We're looking for someone who proactively buys in and helps take our agency to the next level
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify decision-makers in FinTech, iGaming, and mobile gaming
- Attend conferences and industry events, actively networking on behalf of the agency
- Reach out through LinkedIn, email, and networking to open doors
- Build genuine trust and relationships (cold spam doesn’t work in this space)
- Help us establish authority in the niche by researching and ideating content plays
- Collaborate on proposals, presentations, and prospect meetings once opportunities are created
- Maintain pipeline data in our CRM and refine the sales process with the founders
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years in business development, growth, or services marketing
- Agency background strongly preferred
- Curious, extroverted, and eager to prove yourself by building relationships from scratch
- Comfortable with trial and error in the first months as we figure out what works
- Excellent written and spoken English
Preferred:
- Experience in iGaming, Fintech or Mobile Gaming is a strong advantage
- Russian language skills are a strong plus
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (CPM, CPA, CAC); influencer marketing experience is a big plus
