Overview:

Missio is a Christian Digital Marketing company that is looking for a highly motivated and client-focused Digital Advertising Success Manager. This is a part-time role with the potential to scale into a full-time position as our client portfolio grows.

You’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they see measurable success from their digital advertising campaigns. While you don’t need to be a deep technical expert in advertising, you should be very comfortable discussing strategy, performance metrics, and opportunities for growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, aligning campaign performance with business goals.
  • Manage client relationships through regular calls (5–20 per week), emails, and presentations.
  • Prepare thoroughly for calls by analyzing campaign data and performance insights.
  • Communicate results clearly, focusing on what’s working, areas for improvement, and opportunities to scale.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively share updates or recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the internal advertising team to refine and optimize campaigns.
  • Track and report on retention, upsell opportunities, and ROI.
  • Leverage AI tools where appropriate to increase efficiency in reporting and insights.

Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills and Education:

  • Strong background in client-facing roles, account management, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising metrics (ad spend, impressions, clicks, leads, CPL, ROI, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to navigate tough conversations while building trust and credibility with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prepare, follow up, and manage multiple accounts.
