Role Description

We’re currently looking for a Google Ads Specialist who’s passionate about campaign optimization, strategy alignment, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will ensure that our Google Ads strategy is consistent with the overall marketing direction across all channels and will play an active role in client strategy discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max.
• Monitor key metrics and conduct A/B testing for continuous performance improvement.
• Coordinate with other channel specialists (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to ensure strategic consistency across platforms.
• Participate in hands-on client meetings, discussing goals, insights, and new growth opportunities.
• Contribute to communication strategy development and collaborate closely with creative & content teams.
• Stay ahead of Google Ads trends, beta features, and tools to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads accounts.
• Google Ads Certifications (Search / Display / Video / Shopping).
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with omnichannel marketing and the customer journey.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — client-facing experience is a must.
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
