Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Inventing and executing bold, multi-channel campaigns that get noticed, get shared, and get funded — starting in QLD and NSW and scaling nationally.
- Designing and delivering four audacious fundraising campaigns a year (yes, the kind that get people talking and acting).
- Building an energised marketing and fundraising team — starting with passionate volunteers.
- Using AI to ideate faster, work smarter, and punch way above the norm in impact.
- Cultivating real relationships with partners, sponsors, donors, and community allies who don’t just give — they give a damn.
- Writing killer grant applications that don’t just tick boxes but land funding.
- Owning our story across every channel — social, web, newsletter, and beyond — with messaging that’s bold, authentic, and emotionally electric.
You
- You’ve got marketing or fundraising in your blood, but more importantly, you’re a doer with a purpose-driven soul.
- You speak fluent social media and storytelling.
- You’re not afraid to ask, sell, pitch, rally — because you believe in this mission deeply.
- You’re a relationship-builder, a big picture thinker, and a person who gets stuff done.
- You’re obsessed with impact, not ego.
- You’re AI-curious or AI-confident, and you know how to use tech to free up time for the human stuff.
