The CRM Manager will lead end-to-end email operations, owning strategy, deployment, and analysis. You’ll be central to customer engagement, retention, and revenue, working closely with digital, ecommerce, and content teams to deliver compelling campaigns and automated journeys that truly resonate with the brand & customers. This is a perfect role for someone who has a growth mindset, and who wants to make an impact for a start-up business!
Role Highlights
- Own and execute the full email marketing strategy across campaigns, automations, and customer journeys
- Manage Klaviyo end-to-end: segmentation, deliverability, testing, and optimisation
- Lead content planning, build and launch all campaigns and flows
- Continuously refine lifecycle flows: welcome, post-purchase, win-back, loyalty
- Track, report, and iterate using key performance metrics
You Will Need
- 3+ years in ecommerce email marketing, ideally DTC, with deep Klaviyo expertise
- Strong record of performance-led campaigns and lifecycle automations
- Sharp segmentation, A/B testing, and email deliverability knowledge
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Collaborative approach, comfortable aligning with creative and digital teams
